Mr. Hero Chinedu Usiagwu is a visionary entrepreneur, seasoned business executive, and strategic leader with over two decades of diverse experience spanning transportation, oil and gas, project financing, telecommunications, manufacturing, and logistics. He is the Founder and Group Managing Director/CEO of several thriving companies under the Zioncity Group and Leohero umbrella; each contributing significantly to Nigeria’s economic development through innovation-driven services and solutions.

Born and raised in Agbor, Delta State, Mr. Usiagwu’s early education was completed in his hometown, before proceeding to Auchi Polytechnic, Edo State, where he earned a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy. He further advanced his academic credentials with a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Management from Lagos State University (LASU). His national service was carried out in Bida, Niger State.

Mr. Usiagwu began his professional career at Guaranty Trust Bank Plc, where he acquired foundational experience in the financial sector. In 2004, driven by entrepreneurial ambition and a desire to make a broader impact, he transitioned into the business world. Starting with transportation, his ventures quickly expanded into multiple sectors, driven by a strong growth mindset and strategic foresight.

• Founded in 2005, Leohero Limited began operations focusing on transportation and the supply of petroleum products. Today, it is a multi-sectoral business providing solutions in oil and gas, telecom, manufacturing, and real estate. The company is fully registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and operates with a commitment to excellence, strategic partnerships, and locally-owned infrastructure.
• E & H Innovation Services Ltd Specializes in the supply of petroleum products (AGO, PMS, DPK), logistics, and transportation for corporate clients.
• Zioncity Innovation Services Ltd Operators of the Back2U Value Added Service (VAS) platform licensed by the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), focused on lost and found document recovery and return.
