Mr. Robert Tetteh Coleman is the C.E.O of Wembley Sports Construction Limited; the leading provider of artificial pitch construction and management services in Africa. Mr. Robert Tetteh Coleman is a young business magnate who is passionate about transforming the lives of African youths through sports. He has successfully through his One Constituency One AstroTurf initiative built ultramodern pitches across Ghana, promoting sports and also giving a platform to young talented athletes to thrive, get the opportunity to ply their trade and compete on the world stage.  Before the inception of the initiative, Ghana had only two AstroTurf pitches in the country e.i Prampram and Tema. His vision has transformed the the country and today we have over 100 AstroTurf pitches throughout the country, fited with flood lights making it possible for football to be played at night which was not possible before he started pushing his vision. This is why he is referred to as the King of AstroTurf in Ghana.
His immense contributions to the development of sports in Ghana was well recognized during the Ghana football awards where he was honored with the "Thumbs Up Award" for  the provision of critical infrastructure need that takes many of the youth out of the street and in to a facility that shapes them for a better fu­ture.
He also offers scholarahips to needy but brilliant students to be able to further their education. He is one of the few developers in Africa whose facilities have been approved by FIFA and the only locally based company to receive a FIFA approved certificate on the Madina AstroTurf
