Dr. Valentine Obi is a highly accomplished American-based Nigerian physician, internist, and geriatric medicine specialist with over two decades of experience in clinical medicine, healthcare leadership, and academic research. He is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians (FACP) and a board-certified Internal Medicine specialist, with advanced training in geriatrics and addiction medicine.

Dr. Obi earned his Bachelor of Medical Sciences in Human Anatomy and MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery) from the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria, before completing a Master of Public Health (MPH) at the University of Lagos. His postgraduate medical training includes an internship at the University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital, residency in Internal Medicine at Richmond University Medical Center, Staten Island, New York, and a fellowship in Geriatric Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center / Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, New York.

He currently serves as an Attending Physician in Internal Medicine at Richmond University Medical Center and is also the Medical Director of Rhemacare Medicals in East Orange, New Jersey, where he provides comprehensive care to adult and elderly patients.
