With over 15 years of experience across Africa and global leadership ecosystems, she is recognized for architecting leaders, systems, and institutions that advance nation-building and long-term societal impact.

She founded Concur Consulting International in 2011 and has since advised, trained, and equipped leaders across all nine provinces of South Africa, multiple Southern African nations, and global leadership ecosystems. In 2013, she exited the corporate sector to pursue a faith-led, purpose-driven global mandate.

In 2022, Dr. Lion launched the Rise 1 Billion™ Movement and the Chichi Lion Global Impact Hub™, expanding her work into digital, global, and discipleship-oriented leadership platforms focused on authority, stewardship, and generational impact.
